managing your EFT program. These include cardbase maintenance,
institution and terminal information access, report downloading,
and POS data access.
Settlement - Fiserv EFT eliminates the reconciliation of
separate reports and timing differences associated with network
participation. Fiserv EFT settles to each network according to
that network’s cutoff time, then settles to your cutoff time,
reconciles each network, and handles all suspense items
resulting from any timing differences.
Training - Fiserv EFT offers a variety of training formats and
recommends that new clients attend training at least two weeks
prior to their scheduled live date. For existing clients, the
training modules serve as a refresher and, along with our
advanced classes, can maximize your institution's application of
Fiserv EFT products and services.
Web Portal to EFT Services - Fiserv EFT offers a Web portal to
increase productivity and eliminate many of the manual tasks
associated with EFT programs. Point-and-click technology
minimizes training time. Automatic screen population with
database information reduces errors. FAQ and user manuals are
available online to assist the user.
