Now you can use your ACCEL/Exchange ATM/debit card to pay your bills in a matter of seconds using the Internet, by phoning an Interactive Voice Response Unit (IVR), or by phoning a call center. This is a great way to get more use out of your card and to avoid late fees charged by your vendors.

Pinless bill payment transactions may be initiated as single transactions or as recurring payments. To initiate a bill payment transaction, simply call the telephone number or visit the web site address provided by your vendor and then enter the requested account information. The transaction is routed to ACCEL/Exchange and subsequently to the card issuer for approval. Upon approval, the funds are transferred from your account to the vendor account.

Currently the Network supports a wide variety of bill payment transactions for services including utilities, insurance, lenders, education, government and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). The Network continues to research new types of bill payment transactions and expects to add them periodically to enhance its service to cardholders.
