pharmacies, gasoline stations, home improvement stores and discount chains in
the United States. With ATMs throughout Canada and the United States, your
ATM/debit card can also be used to withdraw cash and conduct other financial
transactions. In addition, using our automated, real-time payment options, you
can use your ATM/debit card to pay your bills via the Internet or automated
telephone systems in a matter of seconds.
Q. What kind of geographical coverage does the Network offer?
A. ACCEL/Exchange is available in all 50 states and Canada.
ACCEL/Exchange is also accepted at the nation’s leading and smaller retailers,
ensuring you can use your card when and where you choose.
Q. Can I conduct ATM transactions through ACCEL/Exchange without incurring a fee?
A. If your card-issuing financial institution is a member of No SUR!
or Allpoint, your ACCEL/Exchange ATM/debit card gives you
access to an established base of surcharge-free ATMs.

Q. Can I make deposits at financial institutions other than the one that issued my ATM/debit card?
A. If your card-issuing financial institution is a member of the ACCEL/Exchange
DEPOSIT HERE! program, you can make deposits at other financial
institutions that are members of the DEPOSIT HERE! program.

Q. Does the Network offer any fraud protection?
A. Financial institution members of ACCEL/Exchange are required
to participate in the Card Alert Service. This helps to ensure
the rapid identification of counterfeit card usage and notification of
additional cards at risk.
